"Decent western wear without spending a ton"
I ordered a shirt and belt from discountwesternwear.com, the prices were better than what I found at my local store. The quality was good for the money, not exactly something that’s going to fool anyone into thinking it’s high-end, but it looks nice enough and feels comfortable.
Shipping took a bit longer than I was hoping, but it wasn’t a huge deal. Overall, I’d say it’s a solid place to shop if you want western wear that looks good without paying more than it’s probably worth.

"Returning was such an avoidable hassle"
I ordered a pair of boots that didn’t fit the return process was way more frustrating than it needed to be. Replies took forever, the exchange details weren’t very clear, and I still ended up having to pay for shipping. It all felt avoidable, which made it even more annoying. I don’t think I’d order from here again

"Pretty limited selection"
I was really hoping there’d be more styles and sizes to choose from, but the selection felt limited. A bunch of the stuff I actually liked was either missing or just not available in my size.

"Sizing was really off"
I ordered my usual size, but the fit was completely different than I expected. The arms were way too tight, while the body of the shirt felt oversized and baggy. I also thought the return process would be quicker and easier, but it ended up feeling like a hassle and I was expecting a faster response. I probably won’t order clothes from here again.

"Decent service, but a little slow"
I had to reach out to customer service about my order, and it took a couple of days before I got a response. To be fair, they were polite once they replied, but I did have to follow up again before I got a clear answer. It wasn’t a bad experience overall, just kind of frustrating because it felt slower than it needed to be. They helped in the end, but I wish the communication had been a bit smoother.

"pretty Good overall"
The denim feels solid and nice, honestly. only thing is the stitching was a little uneven in a few spots, but overall I’m still happy with it.

"Wrong items and a lot of chasing"
I didn’t get what I actually ordered, which was really frustrating. I had to chase them up myself to get it sorted, and it felt like more hassle than it should’ve been
